Meyme Nakash

Meyme is La Patiala's Associate Editor. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis (WashU) with a double major in English literature and fashion design. During her time at WashU, she studied fashion design at Santa Reparata International School of Art in Florence, Italy. While abroad, she attended exhibitions at Milan Fashion Week and immersed herself in Italy’s rich art scene. Before joining La Patiala, she reported on fashion news for Office and PhotoBook magazines. At Office, she had the privilege of interviewing and profiling designers, artists, and industry figures such as Charlotte D’Alessio and Coucou Chloe. Meyme remains a contributing editor at PhotoBook, writing critical reviews about fashion trends and red-carpet looks. She grew up in New Jersey and lived in Miami for several years, where her family currently resides. Now a New Yorker, Meyme enjoys long walks in Central Park and rewatching Sex and the City (sans the reboot). She also likes to scope out chic coffeehouses to feed her caffeine addiction in style.
