Oyster Platter

You can’t go wrong with a classic stainless steel oyster platter. Just fill it with crushed ice, pop a lemon and mignonette in the middle, and you’re ready to go. If serving a group, buy two and place them on a tiered stand. On hot days, I recommend freezing a thin layer of water in the bottom of the platter. This slows down the ice from melting.
