The Most Expensive Hotels in Dubai

1. Atlantis the Royal: $100,000 per night

At the top of our list of most expensive hotels in Dubai is Atlantis the Royal. This stunning property opened in February 2023 with a star-studded party, including a performance by Beyoncé. Following the event, Beyoncé stayed in the most exclusive penthouse Atlantis the Royal has to offer: the Royal Mansion. This four-bedroom suite reportedly costs $100,00 per night, making it the most expensive hotel in Dubai.

The Royal Mansion offers in-suite check-in, so you’ll enter directly through the penthouse’s private foyer. It boasts high ceilings and 100-year-old olive trees, leading into a living room with modern décor. Past the lobby, there’s a formal dining area that seats up to 12 guests. There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms that accommodate up to nine people. Each bathroom is equipped with Hermès bath products. The interiors have a warm color palette with yellow gold accents, offset by marble and deep blue elements. With a gorgeous view of the Dubai skyline and Arabian Gulf, the 5,123-square-foot terrace offers an infinity pool and outdoor kitchen — perfect for entertaining.

Other lavish features of the Royal Mansion include a private steam room, a library, and a lounge and bar area. This, along with an on-call butler and 24/7 room service, will ensure your stay in the beautiful emirate is as luxurious as possible.

Entry-level suites at this hotel start at 1,720 AED ($470) and offer access to the Royal Club Lounge, where guests can sip on complimentary tea in the afternoon or cocktails in the evening with loved ones. So even if you’re not staying in the Royal Mansion, you’ll still feel like royalty.

2. One&Only Za’abeel: $40,000 per night

One&Only Za’abeel is the second most expensive hotel in Dubai, situated at the edge of Za’abeel Park right across from the Dubai World Trade Center. It is in One Za’abeel Tower, one of two asymmetrical skyscrapers that are connected by a 754-foot-long cantilevered bridge called The Link. Japanese architecture firm Nikken Sekkei designed the H-shaped structure that effectively changed Dubai’s skyline. The Link has a variety of restaurants and bars, plus a 394-foot-long infinity pool — the longest in the emirate. Hotel rooms start at $1,500 per night during the high season, but if you want an unforgettable experience, book Villa One for $40,000 per night.

Villa One is a spacious penthouse on the tower’s 52nd and 53rd floors. It has two bedrooms, and you can connect it with another suite to accommodate a larger group. The interiors are bright with modern light fixtures and fun but tasteful wall textures. 3. Jumeirah Burj Al Arab: $32,700 per night

When Jumeirah Burj Al Arab opened in December 1999, it was the most expensive hotel in Dubai — and certainly the most glamorous. However, in a city where all hotels compete to be the best of the best, it’s difficult to hold this title for long — and so others have eclipsed the Jumeirah Burj Al Arab’s prices. However, the property has remained an icon of Dubai, thanks to its sail-inspired architecture, superb service, and vibrant interiors. It boasts opulent rooms, a Michelin-starred restaurant, an award-winning spa, and a beach club. Its interiors showcase bold décor with gold accents and a royal color palette of red, cobalt, and blue.

All guests at the luxury resort have personal butlers during their stay, no matter what room they stay in. The two-bedroom Presidential Suite is a more than 7,000-square foot space abounding in gold finishings and brilliantly colored décor. The elaborate bedrooms have their own spacious dressing rooms.
